JOB DESCRIPTION:

Andava Digital Marketing Agency is currently looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist to source candidates and update our database

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent English level (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proactive, multi-tasking, and problem solving 
  • Superior verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, listen effectively, and present creative approaches and solutions to identified issues
